HEIST-WORTHY JEWELS INSPIRED BY NETFLIX'S LUPIN

BY MEREDITH JAYME

THESE JEWELS JUST MIGHT BE WORTH ROBBING THE LOUVRE FOR... DISCOVER SOME JEWELRY THAT WE WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE SEEN IN LUPIN.

Netflix’s latest hit series Lupin is now streaming. The storyline is based around a man working as a janitor at The Louvre who plans an elaborate heist to steal a necklace that once belonged to Marie Antoinette. The necklace is being sold at an a charity auction and was estimated to sell for millions. If you haven’t watched it yet, I won’t give away any more spoilers, but I have to say, I was expecting a bit more out of this very hyped up necklace. With three strands of pearls and aquamarine, or possibly blue diamond drops, the necklace left me hoping for something that felt a bit more glamorous. Discover some heist-worthy necklaces that were previously auctioned, or are available for commission below. Here’s hoping we’ll see some of these in Lupin season two.

This is one piece that would have been a star player in Lupin, and would have needed it's own cast of guards as well.
