CUSTOM DESIGN STORY: ONE OF A KIND TURQUOISE AND GEMSTONE CONVERTIBLE EARRINGS

THE STORY OF ONE OF A KIND PAIR OF SLEEPING BEAUTY TURQUOISE AND MULTICOLORED GEMSTONE CONVERTIBLE EARRINGS
Our client came to us looking for a new pair of custom earrings to gift to his wife. He wanted something that was unique and original that would wow her. He also wanted the earrings to be set in platinum to match the majority of his wife's other jewelry. We immediately thought of a design using turquoise, gemstones and color. We designed a few options featuring gemstones including sleeping beauty turquoise, blue indicolite tourmaline, rhodolite garnet, pink tourmaline, yellow sapphire and approximately 1.4 carats of pave diamonds framing each gemstone. The designs all included a convertible feature so the earrings could be worn more casually as a turquoise drop earring, or with the added gemstones for a more statement making style.
THE INITIAL CUSTOM EARRING DESIGN OPTIONS
The initial design options included similar designs with different gemstones in different cuts and combinations. Our client chose our favorite design which includes four gemstones in a beautiful array of colors.

These designs also include detachable turquoise drops framed with pave diamonds that can be worn alone for a more casual option making these custom earrings truly versatile.

THE FINAL PIECE
These custom earrings are absolutely stunning and are one of our favorites. The beautiful combination of colorful gemstones and diamonds makes for a unique and special pair of earrings that are sure to capture attention wherever they go.
