Our pavé evil eye medallion is a luxurious pendant that forms a blue evil eye with 3.5 carats of diamond, a 1 carat royal blue sapphire and 0.5 carats of blue zircon set in 18k yellow gold. It is 25mm in diameter. Weighty and sculptural with a domed design for added volume. The back of the medallion is engraved with a sweet reminder - "where the eye rests no harm follows".
