This custom sapphire tennis necklace is another one of our transformable designs. It can be worn as a traditional tennis necklace but it also has an attachment turning it into a sautoir necklace that falls lower on the body and features a special triangular pendant with a sapphire heart and varied pavé and baguette diamonds throughout.
