Our phoenix necklace came to life as a part of our Fable collection. This collection began as an exploration into the use of animals in jewelry and developed into an entire collection inspired by our original fable, The Fox and the Phoenix, depicting elements of the female experience. The phoenix is one of four characters also including the fox, flame and finder. Each element of our fable symbolizes intuition, passion, transformation and purpose and connects to our original fable. FABLE COLLECTION INSPIRATION

Our Fable tells the story of a fox who loved searching for treasures in the forest. One day while on an adventure for her next best treasure, she was carrying a small lantern and saw a beautiful ribbon dangling form a branch. Suddenly, the forest went up in flames and the fox realized that she had started the fire. She wondered how she had let this happen. From the ashes a majestic phoenix arose and handed the fox a golden compass to carry as a reminder that your heart is your best guide if you keep your eyes open. Read the full fable here.
