The ruby and diamond evil eye necklace is a beautiful piece to add onto an existing chain or wear with a set of special charms. This piece is set in 18 karat yellow gold with one carat of pave diamonds framing a one carat ruby. This pendant is 21mm by 16mm without the bail.
